What age is WarmHug for?

Babies 0–12 months. The velcro closure adjusts as your baby grows, so one band covers the whole first year.

How do I warm it safely?

Take the flaxseed insert out of the band and microwave it for 15 seconds. Hold it against your inner wrist, the way you'd test a bottle. It should feel comfortably warm, never hot. If it needs more, add 5 seconds at a time and test again. Never microwave the band itself.

Can my baby sleep in it?

Use WarmHug while you're with your baby, during fussy evenings, cuddles and wind-down time. Always supervise your baby while they wear it, remove it before unsupervised sleep, and never use it over a swaddle.

How do I wash it?

Slide out the flaxseed insert, then machine-wash the band. Never wash or soak the insert.

Will it stop my baby's colic?

No product can promise that. Colic usually eases with time, and WarmHug is a comfort tool to help your baby feel soothed and held in the meantime. If your baby has a fever, is vomiting, isn't feeding well, or the crying worries you, call your pediatrician.
